Studio Policies

Please read our policies carefully before booking. By using our services you agree to the terms below.

• ✦A deposit is required to confirm all bookings and class enrolments.
• ✦For class enrolments, a deposit equal to one (1) month's class fee is required at the time of booking.
• ✦For monthly membership plans, an additional last month's deposit is required upfront.
• ✦Deposits must be paid via M-Pesa to +254 741 554 012 before your spot is confirmed.
• ✦Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and verified.
• ✦Deposit amounts will be applied toward your total balance.

• ✦All payments are strictly non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed. No exceptions.
• ✦No changes or transfers will be made to a confirmed booking — including date changes, service swaps, or transfers to another person.
• ✦No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early cancellations.
• ✦Studio Credit Only: In exceptional circumstances, a studio credit may be issued if you cancel at least 48 hours before your session. The credit must be used within 10 days of issue and is valid for one reschedule only.
• ✦No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances — credit is the only form of compensation offered.
• ✦Henna Arts Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full studio credit will be applied to a future session.
• ✦No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction with henna designs after the service has been completed and accepted.

• ✦All appointments and class enrolments must be booked in advance through our website booking form or via WhatsApp.
• ✦Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session will forfeit the deposit.
• ✦Walk-ins are welcome for custom designs subject to availability.
• ✦Henna Arts Studio reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
